What model year is most reliable/dependable? S60

Friends,

I have driven Saabs for years and after owning a host of 9-5s I am getting frustrated with the ongoing maintenance hassles. I was thinking about an 07-09 S60 as a replacement but unsure if it is going to be more reliable car than the 9-5 and wanted to get your feedback on this. What do you think?

Thank you for your feedback.

I would go for it if that's what you want, the newer the better. Those were mature and well-sorted/de-bugged cars. Anything 4-7 years old is going to need some TLC, so be prepared to invest a little money to bring anything of that age up to snuff. But S60s are a great bet for that age bracket. All normal used car buying caveats apply (check it out thorughly before you buy).
