I bought a OBD code reader, but don't know how to clear the service indicator.

    Actually, there is a way to do it! turn the key to II position. Then, hold down the trip reset button until the service light flashes on and off. Turn the key off. Turn the car on and you should have no light!

    This worked on my '99.
