2000 V70 SE, 196K

The steel spring tabs on the switch case are missing and the dimmer switch won't stay secure in the dash port any more; i.e., it pops out. Otherwise, the swicth works fine.

Any ideas for mounting the switch securely in the dash, again?

Double sided tape with construction paper stuck to the outside part to wedge the switch in place?

I believe a switch from a 1998-99 will also work if there is a pick&pull close to you.
