The hard gas pedal is probably going to mean a new cable is required, they get rusty on the inside. This usually causes the cruise control to not respond to hills and resume speed commands.
Does the AC work?
Replace the struts if you are going to do a strut mount, also the end links. Get a Carfax and find out a little history of this car, a lot of Florida cars come from the rust belt. Because the body panels are galvanized on both sides, they will not rust.
To get top money for this car, all of the electricals must work. The ATF needs to be clean. The interior needs to be clean and the leather tear free. Do not use ArmorAll on the dash top, the glare from the sun will blind you.
Get the radio code from a dealer parts dept and keep it in the glove box. Go on Ebay and get an extra remote or two, you can program it yourself. Have an extra key made.
Check the climate control by putting the blower and vent selectors in AUTO setting, the temp dials on 78F (both), A/C on, recirc off, and turning the engine on. Watch if the A/C and recirc lights blink - if so, there are issues with the climate control.
The "R" models are not rare, 4,500 of them were delivered State side and most of them are still on the road.
Try to get the car to Stage1 tune, it will sell easier.
Use a car cleaner to remove the small scratches on the paint and buff off the oxidized crud.
