50W back-up bulbs 850 1995

Hi!

I'm thinking of trying a pair of 50W back-up bulbs. Has anyone tried these? I've seen the article on Volvospeed (you're the best!), but if someone have any issues with them regarding heat or anything, I would be happy to hear your comments!

    I went for the new bulbs and installed them this weekend. Man, they are bright! Was pleased to see that they aren't annoyingly bright though, just safer! Now people will notice at a hundred meters that I'm backing up, not to mension the visual aid it provides.

    I have them in my 2000 S70 for the past 4 months and haven't noticed any problems. I doubt you have to worry about heat unless you take more than 2 minutes to back out of a parking space.

    I have them in my S70T5 for almost 6 months and so far so good. No overheating signs and they are bright!
