by 2004 the transmission issues were pretty well sorted...
Still for the price as listed its not a bad deal, having not seen the car that is....
If you purchase the first thing I'd do is go to your trusty independent mechanic or dealer if they are reasoanble and flush the tranny, brakes and power steering whilst at it. Prices will vary but better to start with fresh fluids. Again the tranny issues were solved by 2004ish it still doesn't hurt to change the "lifetime" fluid they install (read: there is no such thing as lifetime fluid)
Timing belt and breather system will require service, and are past due if they haven't been done yet. If I recon its a 70k interval for the T Belt for the 2004's. Rear seat passenger space is a joke though :( if you and your passenger are 6 feet tall consider the car a two seater.
Front end work....find me a car with over 100k that hasn't had some front end work, to include a bumper and hood paint spray...
Good luck, again, if drives okay and the price is right and you can do the aforementioned you will likely be happy.
Oh by the way, dead battery may present some "issues" when jump started with the power windows and sunroof if I recall...requires some calibration if memory serves.
