Can the rear window sprayer be tightened? V70-XC70 99

Whenever it rains hard or I wash my car, a drop or two of water leaks in from the washer nozzle and drips down on the inside of the rear window. I could take it to the dealer but if anyone can advise me on how to tighten it, it would save me a trip. Looks like a square rubber nut holds the sprayer on, but I don't want to twist something and screw it up more unless I'm sure that's the culprit.

There is an "O" ring which my dealer replaced under warranty. Said it was the first time they had seen that problem. It's been fine since.

My '98 V70 AWD leaked as well after several months. They replaced the nozzle and it too has been fine since.

To get to the sprayer you snap the trim on the inside off/back out of the way. Best I remember there is a plastic wedge that holds the nozzle in place.
