T Belt tensioner V50

Hello just about to complete my Tbelt job, Belt installed and tensioned ( I think) Cranked the engine over by hand dint not feel any binding just a little resistence from compression. I found it very difficult to line up the cam timing marks with the plastic cover. I even used a stright edge but still hard to line up perfectly . My prodedure was a little different the then post on the S60. My question is I set the tensioner to the middle position tightened the tensioner bolt rotated the motor 2 full revolutions and re check the tensioner and it had moved to the cold position far left? I re adjusted re tightened turned 2 full revolutions and it went back to far left again . The outside temp. was mid 60's. Any suggestions? Thanks

Fast forward to just before the 15 minute mark. And watch for a minute or so.

Is the tensioner bolt tight??? The center one?
