Dashboard noises S70 2000

I am hearing a lot of loud sqeaking and popping noises coming from the dashboard while driving over rough pavement. Could someone advise about possible solutions or direct me to a particular website with information to repair or this problem.

    This is for an 850, butr the same thing for the 2000:

    Remember, it takes 2 people to safely remove the loosened dash from the car. It is not well reinforced, and you do not want it to bend in the middle. Also a good time to reinforce the kickplate screw holders that seem to snap off and flop around.
