Identifying the source of leak on a turbo V70-XC70 1998

Actually don't appear to be losing much oil, at least on the floor of a garage, but maybe it is all in exhaust.
Is the small pipe in the picture the culprit pipe that gets the gasket washer kit so often spoken of?
The photo is in the gallery here under
technical/xc70 leaky turbo
Any help appreciated.

So it his fits the description of the heated oil pipe with the needed washer and gasket.
I say mechanic and lift too. Do they have to drop front differential for access?
The pippin has enough give to slide away and retrieve old washer inside?
Then mount gasket onto same end?
    Thanks for all advice.

A good mechanic will do this in about 30 minutes, no drivetrain parts need to be removed. I prefer to have an experianced Volvo mechanic do this, as it is a common problem.

It is a terrible job without the right tools, but here is Volvospeeds answer:

I cheated with my AWD and had the dealer do it. Parts are cheap, but they have a lift!!
