Popping / grinding front right during turn V70-XC70 2004

Took my '04 V70 on a trip for Memorial day. Hit the worst hole I've ever experienced with the right front wheel. Car seemed fine for the rest of the day another ~100 miles. Drove an additional ~600 since.

1. Noticing a steady, but not violent shake in the car.
2. Seems like it grinds a little if I move the wheel out of straight to bank with a turn -- either direction.
3. Notice a popping feeling in the wheel when I turn hard right.

Thoughts? Thanks for the help!

Jack up the front of the car and spin the right front wheel. Listen and feel for roughness in the wheel bearing. Check for a bent rim.

I agree with Riverbend. Most likely the wheel or wheel bearing. I'd also check the strut, especially the mount and spring seat. Also do a visual check of the other front end components.

Thanks -- I'll let you know what I find. Raining these last two days, when I get a break in the rain I'll poke around since my garage is full of junk.
