Filler door gas S60 2004

Need to change the filler door . I see the one screw, but up above don't see how to unhook.
how do I remove without breaking and buying a whole new assembly.
Also car has a black finish . replacement comes primed . Is there a DIY
kit I can buy to paint?

    Do you still have the original filler door ? If so, what is the actual problem ? Did it fall off or won't it open ?

    The hinge is that part that usually fails. On out '04 V70 the hinge is held on with fasteners where you push in the middle pin to release them. If it won't open, I believe that we have a manual release in the wheel well (more or less) .
