Level indicators S70 98

I just noticed that the bubbles in level indicators at the front of the engine compartment are not centered. Is this something to worry about/get adjusted? Can I adjust them myself?

Thanks.

Was the ground the car was sitting on level?

And yes you can. There is a little nob with grippy threads for your fingers to grab a hold of. You rotate this nob to direct the beam up or down.

Yes, it was on level ground.

I saw the grippy threads, which are on the "zero" mark. Are the levels for the headlights?

      Thanks for the help.

If you see a dial with a 0 degree sign on it, this is the left and right adjustment. The adjustments for up and down are on a rod a couple inches long and about 1/2-3/4" in diameter.

No problem. Do you know what I'm talking about now?

              Re: Level indicators S70 98

I believe I do. I remember seeing the left and right adjustments yesterday when I had the hood up. I'll look in the same area for the up and down adjustments (which I can't do until I leave the office).

Greatly appreciate the help -- there was nothing on this in the manual.
