Turn Signal Relay - Noise 850 1997

Hi,

Another issue. Well, I have a few that I've not gotten fixed yet, and think I'm going to try and tackle some of these on my own, with the help of my brother, and with your input and advice. Need to save money. :)

My turn signal for years actually on occasion, squeaks when activated. Now, instead of sqeaking it's making some sort of strange creaking sounds different than the squeak. Anyway, I have a feeling the relay is on it's way out.

Is this relay located under the dash panel? Is it fairly easy to access and replace?
