Strut tops bouncing around. V70-XC70

Ok, So I have posted before that my struts 'don't look right". Finally looked at it closer today and when I bounce the car the top of the struts also move up and down.
What is the issue with the strut towers?/mounts?

    Spring mounts are broken. Get some XC90 mounts for replacement.

    I'd say broken upper mounts.
