Suspension Question 850 1996

I own a 96 850 GLT WGN and I recently ugraded the suspension adding IPD sway bars front/back and Bilstiens shocks. The handling improved but the ride suffered a lot I can feel every bump or pothole on the road. Does anyone know the remedy to this problem or should I return to the factory shocks/sway bars? I have previousley owned sport cars (Integra, Celica, RX7)and I do enjoy a sportier ride but not one that's unconfortable....

Re: Suspension Question 850 1996

I think what you are feeling is the poly urethane busings instead of rubber at the sway bar links.

I suggest contacting iPd to see if you can use rubber bushings with the anti-sway bars.
