I have a 93 850 that is giving me the most god awful door rattle. The drivers door emits a fast, almost buzz-like rattle when the revs are low or I go over a bumpy section of road. Any ideas on what it is thats rattling around in there? I have not removed the door panel to look yet and i have replaced the OEM speakers with 5.25 aftermarkets. Thanks in advance.

Check to see if you lost a screw that holds the window track to the door. If you open the door and look on the end right next to the red light and you see a hole then the screw has vibrated loose and fallen out. My track rattled around for a while before I realized what had happened. I was able to adjust the window up and down a little until the threaded hole on the track lined up with the door hole and I could replace the screw and a washer without removing the door panel. The screw and washer were something like $0.30 from the dealer.
