Gray Door Handles 850 94

Please excuse me if this has been answered in the past, but I am new to this forum.

The black plastic door handles on my 94 850T are now light gray. I have tried various products to recolor the handles back to black, but I haven't found any that are very effective.

Has anyone else been successful in transforming these handles back to basic black?

    The most permananet fix is painting. It's not hard and lasts a while. Jsut get a good flat black that is made for plastic. I used "bumper coat paint" and it turned out much better than expected. Cost $5.

        No. The car was clean so i just masked and sprayed. Precleaning with thinner may be a good idea. masking the key holes takes a little patience but overall it was fast. I can't remember where i got the paint but you should be able to find something like it at any auto store. The worst thing is that the rest of the gray now looks more gray. I have not done anything to the window edge trim or bumpers though.

    About 2 weeks ago I purchased a product called "Black Again". It is a thick clear liguid that you rub into all the rubber/plastic on the exterior of your car. Took me about 45 minutes to do the trim,door handles,bumpers and roof racks. Still looks black after 3 washings and lots of pollen. Bought it from IPD after I couldn't find it locally.
