Hello all...

The rear lights on the 01-04 S60 are different from the 05 -09 model. I have a cracked rear lens and need to replace and wanted to put the newer version on my '04 model. It offers and different design and is more sporty looking.

Anyone here switched the older for newer? Is the design on the rear of the lens any different in regards to the bulb harness?

    It's hard to tell from pictures, the rear bumper was changed. You need to get a good tape measure and note if there are any differences. Even 1mm difference will negate a swap.

    I personally wouldn't bother and I'd try to find a good replacement at a junk yard for the correct year.
