Resolved: Difficulty Braking the 1st 10 minutes of starting S40-V40 2000

I brought my car to the dealer yesterday and they were able to isolate and fix the problem. Thanks to everyone who responded to my post. The is a service bulletin that came out on this very issue some time this week. All they needed to do is re-grease and re-seal the brake vaccuum pump. Tom Wood Volvo here in Indianapolis took great care of me and explained everything that went wrong and what they did to fix the problem!
