P0133 V70-XC70 1998

I'm getting P0133 error. Oxygen sensor, bank 1.
I replaced it twice with new units. Error still returns after 3 months.
Wiring harness looks fine. What else could it be?

Exhaust leak? Vacuum leak or any unmetered air getting into the intake manifold? Fuel pressure regulator failure?

I'd start with a compression test, and wonder about the CAT converter.
