Stiff steering 850

I'm having issues with the steering on my 95 T5-R.
The steering wheel seems to be stiff at times. Sometimes more than others and seems to be intermittent. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Could also be a locked up tie rod which is very dangerous. Would get checked out b4 you drive.....

    Probably the lower steering shaft u-joint is binding. Spray the u-joint repeatedly with WD-40 as you rotate the steering lock-to-lock for a few minutes. This might take multiple treatments.

    BTDT on both my 240 and my 850...:)
