How to test an ignition coil V70-XC70 2001

Hello all,
How do I test an ignition coil for proper function?
Backstory| My 2001 V70 2.4T developed a misfire in cyl #4 (P0304). Ok I pulled the plugs and was very surprised to see a missing ground electrode in Cyl 4. AND The plug was loose!!!. as was one other. So i replaced all the plugs and Zip tied all the connectors to the coils just to be sure. Darn, Still misfiring. Haven't looked at codes yet but Im guessing bad coil. Help?

You can work through the various combination of pins on the suspect coil with an ohm meter and compare them to the others. The bad coil on our '04 V70 had several combinations that were significantly different than the rest. The greatest differences showed up when measuring between the output (secondary) terminal and pins T1-4. Use the red lead to connect to the secondary.

Check your code to verify it is still #4. Then move the coil to a different cylinder and see if the code moves with it. The last number of the P030x is the cylinder number.
