1999 Volvo V70. ETS light comes on and the idle is erratic. I read that it is the Electronic trottle sensor and that it can be rebuilt. Anyone has a website that I can go too.

    I followed the troubleshooting chart on that site, it was right on. I went on Ebay and ordered a later year yellow sticker for my turbo, no dealer programming needed. If you have non-turbo, you can swap ETM's and vice versa for turbos. I installed mine two years, not one issue. Hope this helps.

      I just replaced the ETM and the MAF sensors. This was done by XeMODeX in Canada.
      The first time I replaced the two and started the car, the ETS light came on when I pressed on the brake. It will go out when I clear it, but will return when I step on the brake. I also replaced the ETM Relay and Engine Management Relay.
      Any suggestions?
