Another question

Does the 2006 s60 auto trans require a different oil ( synthetic ) to the earlier 2003 ( 3309 )

Does the 2009 v70 t6 require 3309 as well

The beast my son bought had the oil changed and they put in synthetic
It functions well although I heard one of the solenoids go clack when I put it in reverse once

I want to head off any problems before they begin

Maintenance on the "lifetime" fluid is essential on this transmission, and all transmissions. Just passed 185k, I've changed the fluid 2 times since ownership at 65k and had no issues - standard JWS3309.

The ATF is still 3309.

For both cars.
