lumbar support adjustment repair V70-XC70 2007

I have a 2007 V70. The driver's lumbar support mechanism isn't working. Knob spins but lumbar support is relaxed. I have repaired similar things on a 940 and a 740, but I suspect the mechanism is different and I would like to know what I need to order before taking things apart. Does anyone have instructions for this repair and for the necessary seat removal?

Thank you
Steve

Cutting the metal hog clips at the base of the seat back is not a big deal, and you can then use plastic zip ties to cinch the seat back together when you are done.

Just be careful pulling the seat cover up at the front of the seat, you don't want to pull the anchors out of the foam. Move the seat forward and up as far as it will go. Then use a good light to check the lumbar mechanism.
