Control arm replacement V70-XC70 2007

I have a 2007 V70. It has steel control arms like the 2007-2009 S60. I have seen a couple videos on replacing the aluminum ones of earlier models, but not the steel ones. There look to be differences, with the ball joint for example. Can anyone point me in the right direction for replacing mine? Will I need a ball joint puller tool? Should I replace the ball joints? What are the torque specs? The car has 100,000 miles and everything is original. Relevant information from a Volvo manual would be very helpful too.
Thank you,
Steve
