Rear wiper relay/fuse location? XC90 2004

The rear wiper on out '04 XC90 just stopped. Before I take apart or replace the motor, I thought I would check to see that fuses and/or relays might be the culprit. However, I cannot find any listing for it. APparently, on newer versions, there is a 15 amp fuse in slot 19 in the rear fuse panel, but there is no slot 19 on my rear fuse panel. It goes to #18 and then there are relays. Any thoughts?

Update; It may have just been the cold, or corrosive salt. Not sure. I could not ght the wiper ram of the motor unit, and so I could not completely disassemble everything. I was able to spray lubricant into a few spot and, with the wiper turned on, work it back and forth with my hands until it freed up. Working fine now. Thanks!
