procedure for drain and fill of manual transmission V70-XC70 1999

Hello. I hace a 1999 V70 T5 with a manual transmission. I'd like to replace the manual transmission fluid. Can anyone point me to a procedure for this? I understand that I need ~ 2.3 qt of Volvo synthetic MT fluid. Are there crush washers to replace and if so what are the part numbers?

Thank you!

The 'sealing washer' is the same as for the oil drain plug.

Remove the fill plug first! And then watch the oil drain all over the frame!!!

Something to keep in mind while doing this in a manual Transmission.
the fill plug is pretty out of the way, and hard to remove. so a back up way to fill the transmission is to remove the "back up light" sensor on top of the transmission and fill the transmission via that opening. much easier. but you must account for all the oil going in as you cant use the drip method
