2004 V70 brief hot restart rough idle V70-XC70 2004

My 2004 V70 AWD has a rough idle for a few seconds after a hot restart. After a couple of these episodes I get random misfire, cyl 1 misfire & cyl 3 misfire codes. Cold starts are fine & after a few seconds it runs fine. I replaced all 5 coil packs, all 5 spark plugs, and all 5 injectors but still have the problem. 205000 miles on the odometer. Any ideas what will cause this?

I would have given the head a Seafoam treatment rather than replace the parts, just to get rid of the carbon build up, if any.

Check the resistance for the ECT sensor, it should be in the low 200's when hot. A faulty sensor could introduce too much fuel at start up.

Resistance at 190 degrees F was 233 ohms.

How do I do the seafoam treatment other than adding it to fuel tank? I know on the 240's we aspirated it through a vacuum hose.

Same as the 240's, find a small vacuum hose on the front of the intake manifold and use that to 'sip' the Seafoam.
