Sunroof opens halfway, but no more. Is this a fixable item for a DIY mechanics with basic skills and tools? Thanks!

Before you hurt yourself, flip the sunroof up and check the rear area for anything loose or out of place. Maple leaf seeds tend to stick in the tracks and block things.

I guess I should have said tilt. Just push up on the rear of the sunroof button when the SR is in the closed position.
