I'm desperately seeking one. Broke it in 3 pieces while replacing my pnp switch, being very impatient thinking that this part was still available. Looked everywhere but no success. Even discontinued at the dealer. Specific parts for 850s are becoming more rare and harder to find.

Any suggestion where to find that cover?

I checked your location and you're located northern Vermont right? There's several places in eastern Canada called Kenny-U-Pull and you might be able to find a cover for that connector. There's one wrecked 850 in LaPrairie QC, about 1h30m drive from your place, check it out. I used to have exactly the same problem last summer and I've been able to pull one off from a wrecked 850 in Hamilton and I've paid only $4.50 for it! Real bargain.

Hi Ken,

I've been there yesterday as per your advice, they're open 7 days/week. Less than 90 minutes drive & 60 miles door-to-door. Pulled the entire connector from the car. 2 bolts, cut all the wires & I was gone 15 minutes later, $5.00 only and what a relief too. I've been impressed by kenny-u-pull. They're very well organized, very clean & secure place. Definitely a place to remember to keep my old bricks running.

Can you glue it until you find a pick&pull that has a 1993-2000 Volvo? From what I remember it is just a cover.

This is exactly what I did yesterday with krazy glue, seems OK for now.

Now it's to find an other one in a wreck-yard.
