base model S70. '98...two vacuum lines come off of the back of the air filter box, one white, one black...black one has become disconnected, and I can't tell where it goes to...

any help appreciated...

I am trying to remember... Doesn't the black line go from the top of the air cleaner box to the bottom of the box? Something to do with the pre heated air?

hmmm....interesting...hadn't thought of that....length of it is long enough to reach under distributor, where there's a vacuum line or two, so I thought maybe it went there someplace...I'll check the airbox....thanks so much for pointing me in the correct direction yet again Klaus...
