Speaker Cover On Dashboard S80 2001

I made a sharp turn and the cover went flying off.
I’ve tried looking for a new one but could only find gray and mine is a deep tan.
Is it possible to get one or maybe just get new clips?

We had the same problem on our 05 S80. I never fixed it as the grill seemed to just sit in the recess OK. I did consider using Velcro to hold it in place.
