Interior code location V70-XC70

2015 XC70 T6

I am trying to locate the plate with the paint code and the interior code the latter of which is what I am really trying to determine.

I am not finding it in what one might think of as the usual locations. There must be fifty f***ing stickers with the VIN pasted all over the car but no paint or upholstery info.

Any suggestions? I saw one mention of the battery compartment which sounds idiotic. I took a peek but no help unless it is obscured by the battery itself. Nothing would surprise me at this point.

Klaus, thanks as always for your interest. I have to say, I did look pretty hard.

The link you provided takes me to a page that provides info for the P2 platform. My car is P3.

The interior code is not to be found in any of the locations shown on that page.

When I select P3/p3-platform-volvos/xc70-p3-2007-current/etc it just takes me back to the P2 page.

However, there may be some useful info on that site which may help in this endeavor.

If all else fails, the local dealer parts people should be able to get the proper codes based on VIN.
