p0026 S60 2006

Hi All

I had a p0026 code and replaced the solenoid and cleared the code

The car is better but still wont accelerate and sounds like it is struggling

The flat spot has gone away though

It has a new air filter, new spark plugs, new fuel filter and the throttle is partially cleaned

What should i do next

There are no codes

Thanks for your input

Regards David

I didn't see "changed the oil" with full synthetic. The VVT solenoids usually get gummed up with old oil. Are you using 5W30?

How do you partially clean the throttle body? The TB should be in your hand and cleaned with a toothbrush.

Have you checked the intercooler piping for leaks? (turbo). How about the vacuum lines?

Keeping it running is better than buying new
