Blower stopped working V70-XC70 2002

My ac/heater blower stopped working suddenly. Fuse seems ok. Unless there are more fuses that could be checked. Any hints. The AC does engage but no fan.

    There are 2 fuses. Is this an electronic CC or Manual CC? How is the car battery? Does the blower work on high speed?

    LOL, no squirrel in the blower cage?
