New tires needed. S60.

I need new tires on my 2013 S60. Currently have Hankook 215/50 ZR17. Should I go with same? What is a great, reasonable cost tire for all seasons. I live in NY, have snow in winter, but it's plowed regularly. Any thoughts?

I live near Boston and am convinced that all season tires are only good if
you live in the tropics. I live on a steep hill and found all-season tires
to be useless in snow.

I just got a pair of Cooper Evolution studded snows at Wally World for my 940T for $250. They replace General Arctic Altimax finally retired from old age when the
sidewalls started to rot. These tires are fabulous in snow and ice.
They are noisy, a PIA on dry roads. They get removed as soon as the threat of snow is over. Make sure that they are legal in NY.

I had good luck with studs on just the driven wheels on my 850 and 940, although Volvo tells you they should be on all four. I suspect it's the sales department telling you that.
