Feeling better this year

Like cars, not all doctors are equal. Last year at this time I was ready for Last Rights and was put in Hospice care. After eliminating all drugs, I stabilized and slowly started to improve. Things are looking so good that I dropped Hospice and am now walking again. All I need to do is gain about 40lbs.

I no longer own a Volvo, even though an XC90 would be nice!

    Glad to hear of your improvement.

    Try not to eat poorly to add weight.

    I spent 3 weeks in the hospital and 3 weeks in rehab because I could not walk - I lost 40 lbs and thought I should put 10 pounds back on. I ate lots of poor foods and ice cream.

    Now I cannot lose the 10 lbs!

    I have been exercising and I know that I have gained some muscle weight and lost some fat weight - but I have not been able to use the 10 lbs.
