Tire wear

I own a 2000 S80 T-6 and at 22,000 miles. The tires have neen rotated at 7500 and 15000 miles. At current mileage the front tires are worn to the wear bars and the rear tires have just a bit left. The insides of both front tires are worn bald, I believe the ball joints are bad (to be looked at by dealer soon). The tires (MXM4's) front and back run on 35 psi. Is this the mileage I should expect out of these tires? Can they possibly be finished after 22,000 miles?

    Tire wear

Don't delay having your balljoints checked, replaced if need be as they're a very serious safety situation, nothing to wait on whatsoever.

Bad balljoints will definately wear your tires out quickly if they're that loose, worn.

If the balljoints aren't worn, at minimum you'll need a 4 wheel alignment with new tires installed first.
