Need Exact Location of Air Injection Pump S70 1998

I need to know the exact location of the air injection system pump on my '98 S70 T5. I know it's located on the passenger side of the engine, where the serpentine belt is, but I've not been able to pinpoint its exact location. I need to track down the source of a 410 fault code (Secondary Air Injection) to determine if it's the pump or one of the valves. Thank you.

The air pump is under your battery tray on the drivers side of the car. That 0410 code that you have is an OBDII code for air pump system, not a volvo code, if you had a volvo scan tool your codes would be 442 and 448. The link below has a post on the SAS (air pump) system.

I also need to replace the air injection pump. I have been driving for some time now with this condition with no apparent problems. Now I notice that the gas milage has fallen off from 25 mpg to less than 20 mpg. Also, I am getting a sulpher smell from the exhaust. Can the faulty air pump be causing this?
