Turn signal clicker has developed annoying chirp or metallic ringing type of sound. Is this the relay perhaps, and where is it so I can change it out?

Sounds cheap and horrible doesn't it!
I put up with mine for several months (wife drives the car mostly!) until it failed completely and was replaced under warranty. It is part of the hazard flasher switch assembly so should be fairly easy to remove and try to repair.
The new one sounds normal although there is still a very faint metallic ring to it.
