How hard is it to replace a head gasket on 240? 850

Just like to know what it take to replace a head gasket on a 240 Turbo

not the 850 .. a friend have a blowing head gasket on his 240 and would like to know what tools is need and the timing it take .

it this something we can do by ourself with some basic tools ??

or should we pass it up ??

I am not talking about we ourself redone the head. I am only want to know how big is the job to replace the head gasket only...

If you have any engine experience, the B230F engine is about as simple as it gets so replacing the head gasket in itself is simple but if you've never replaced a head gasket on anything, I'd recomend buying a manual to assist you with torque specs, etc.
I'd suspect that the engine was overheated and if so, the head is probably warped and will need to be taken to a machine shop to have it resurfaced.
