Timing belt service plus ? 850 1995

In December we purchased a 1995 base sedan with 49,000 miles on it. I have not noticed any problems with the car except for the JVC CD changer. Despite the fact that the casette has 12 CDs in it, the remote control indicates that there are no CDs in any of the playing positions.

Next month I am having the timing belt, the serpentine belt, the transmission fluid, and the brake fluid changed. The other fluids look fine. I will also have 50,000 mile service performed.

Is there any other preventative maintenance I should consider?

Couple of simple items:

The oil cover (where you pour oil in) has a 99 cent gasket that
sometimes leak a bit and make a mess. Easy to replace.

The coolant resevoir cap can be changed to a newer one that is
blue/teal/green (depends on who you ask) that is less liely to leak
then the original gray one.

Check the upper engine mount -- the rubber cracks and fails and the
part needs to be replaced (part is only $11.00 but has to be pressed in).
