Replace hub carrier bolts?? 850 1997

I recently ordered a replacement hub/wheel bearing for my 850. Turns out it did not come with replacement "hub carrier retaining bolts" (that's what Hayne's call them), the 4 star-headed bolts that hold the hub on. Hayne's says they must be replaced? Do I have to? Assume this is a dealer-only item, correct?

Thx,

Terry

You don't "have to" replace those but it's a good idea if you have new bolts. The OEM hubs from Volvo come with all new hardware, all bolts and axle nut too. I've never seen one w/o.
If nothing else and you don't want to reuse those bolts, a good hardware store should probably have them as well.
