i currently own a v70 with Pirelli P6000 SportVeloce 235/45 R 17 tires that came on it new. the tires are on the larger 17 x 7.5" sport alloy rims. my problem is that soon after the car ws new, the tires starting singing and getting chopped. i returned it to the dealer, and they finally agreed to replace 2 of the worse tires. the tires were still loud and sang while driving. has anyone had problems with this brand or size tires? any suggestions or help would be appreciated...thanks

    I have a 98 AWD with 16" Michelins.No such symptoms at 95000 kiometers though they are extreemely dangerous on ice/snow.We still have aforementioined and drive our saab 900 first when we can as these tires put us into slides and spins at very low speeds. Dennis in Canada

    I have that problem with Goodrichs on my car. Mechanic says I need new struts based on my mileage (105,000). Doubt that's your problem. Could it be alignment or infrequent rotations?
