Hesitation when Accelerating...Causes???? 850 1995

I have a 1995 Volvo 850 5 speed manual with 110,000. When I accelerate with the car, there is a hesitation before the car takes off. Similar to a dead spot in a carborator. I suspect it is something with the fuel injection but not sure what. Plugs, wires, rotor are all new. (problem preceeded this)

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

Runs fine at highway speeds with no skips etc. and overall the car has been bulletproof. VERY happy with it. 0 problems other than this and it isn't major

    check for vaccum leak some air line are crack this will cause this problem...

    look under vaccum leak check... show you what to do where to look.....
