Best Lub Spray for Suspension

Every year when there is the major temperature change [winter and summer]
my suspension starts to creak. I've used silicone spray with great success
on the links and such and grease on the steer stops.

Can silicone spray dry out these things in the long run?

Is there a better choice for lubbing suspension?

Best Lub Spray for Suspension

There shouldn't be any problems in the long run. The little damage if any, will not cause the rubber/silicone seals to wear out any faster. And even if they did, the components themselves would require replacing by then. Also, the bushings and things that often squeak are usually prolonged by silicone sprays.

The only concern you should have is the silicone spary you are having. Low quality silicone lubes often have a lot of filler and VERY little silicone. Which is why the cheaper ones often require repeated use, while high quality ones are usually one spot deals. Just in case you don't know any, try to get BG, or any other mechanic grade silicone lube.
