tire pressure on 850 turbo with 205/55 zr16 tires. 850 1995

can people tell me what the tire pressure should be on a 205/55 zr16 tire for safety and to get the best mileage...

the 850 gas tank states 32 front and 36 rear...does this change with the tire size..

    32 is as low as u can go safely. if u have horrible roads that are pothole ridden, then go with higher psi. i think with the 205-55-16, 36 psi is a nice number...at least, it should provide a better cushioning than 205-50-16. 40 psi is almost about as high as u should go (maybe even 41 or 42). if the ride is too hard with high psi, go to the lower end. with my 215-45-17, i run 38...
