transmission slipping in forward but not reverse 850

i brought the car in for an oil change ad new brakes and rotors. When I picked it up after hours, It baretly made it out of their parking lot. When I put it in drive the transmission is slipping and the car barely moves. The engine also runs a little rough.
I put it in reverse and the transmission works fine and the engine runs fine. no service light illuminated or service codes. fluid ok.

How many miles on your car? I have a 94. I was forced to get a rebuilt transmission two years ago. I had 100,000 miles then. I learned later from online chatter that I should have had the tranny flushed every 20,000 miles. I am at 146,000 now. Good luck.
